Channel IT and ManageEngine brought together IT and business technology leaders to discuss AI-powered observability, resilience and modern IT visibility
The series began in Malta, at Corinthia St George’s Bay, where the discussion focused on the growing need for unified visibility across increasingly complex IT environments.
It then continued in Greece, at OTEAcademy in Athens, bringing together the local IT community for a practical exchange around AI-powered observability, operational resilience, network performance and security.
The series concluded in Cyprus, at The Landmark Nicosia, marking a strong final stop and highlighting the increasing relevance of Full-Stack Observability for organisations across the region.

The main focus of the series was the growing importance of Full-Stack Observability in modern IT environments. As organizations operate across increasingly complex ecosystems of applications, infrastructure, cloud services, networks, security signals and user experiences, the need for unified visibility has become more critical than ever.

Throughout the series, the discussions focused on how AI-powered observability can help organizations reduce alert fatigue, prevent capacity bottlenecks, accelerate root cause analysis and improve resilience across applications, infrastructure, cloud and networks. Particular emphasis was also placed on connecting technical performance with real user impact, as well as on the role of observability in strengthening security by identifying potential gaps, misconfigurations and risks before they become incidents.

Channel IT would like to thank all participants who joined the events across Malta, Greece and Cyprus, as well as the ManageEngine FSO team for their valuable presentations, insights and energy throughout the series.
